Mediterranean & Bruschetta Fusion Station
A refreshing fusion of traditional Mediterranean flavors and Italian staples, including Hummus, Assorted Olives, Roasted Red Peppers, Grilled and Marinated Vegetables, Diced Tomatoes with Basil, White Bean and Parmesan Spread, and Olive Tapenade. Freshly Toasted Breads and Pita Points complete the table
Spanish Tapas
Tapas translates into “Small Bites” And what better way to experience the Mediterranean than to have “small bites” of a vast display of tantalizing foods. “Eat when you drink and drink when you eat.” Feast on Couscous with Caramelized Onions, Steamed Mussels Vinaigrette on the Half Shell, Baked Goat Cheese with Tomato and Basil, Baked Rice Pudding, Pimento Rellenos, Sauteed Portobello Mushroom with Sun-dried Tomato, and Roasted Duck Breast with Berry Sauce. Complete the experience with seasonal Fruits and Vegetables. Bread, Tortillas, Cheeses and Sauces tailor this station to every taste.
Delicacies of the Deep
A Magnificent Lighted Ice Carving atop a pedestal is the centerpiece of this scrumptious table. Let your eyes be the first to experience the sights and colors of the best the ocean has to offer. The display features Lobster Salad, a Large Smoked Salmon and Giant Tail on Shrimp. Served with whipped cream cheese, capers and traditional cocktail sauce. Cascading from the sculpture are Scallops on the Half Shell, Mussels, Oysters, and Cherrystones to be enjoyed with hot sauces and lemon wedges. To add an international flair, Sushi, California Rolls and Tuna are highlighted on a bed of Jasmine Rice.
Charcuterie, Cheese and Crudité
A beautiful and plentiful display of a selection of the Worlds Finest Cheeses, Italian Meats and Fresh Petit and Cut Vegetables. Your guests can enjoy their selections with Cornichons, Crostini, French Bread, and Fine Crackers along with a host of delectable and savory spreads, dips, and aioli
Lettuce Wrap Station
We invite your guests to create their own Lettuce Wrap with Fresh Bib or Romaine Lettuces. Satay Chicken, Julienne Carrots, Cucumber, Bean Sprouts, Coconut Curry Noodles, Black Olives, Diced Tomato, with choice of Spicy Peanut Satay, Sweet Chili, or Shanghai Sauces complete the experience.
Elegant Cheese and Crudité Display
Apricot Glazed Baked Brie en Croute tops an impeccable selection of Fine Cheeses and Petite and Cut Vegetables. All are artfully presented as a complete feast for the senses. Cornichons, Crostini, French Bread, Fine Crackers, along with savory dips and spreads are included.
